How getting started will work

Create your agency's Nexis account with your work email.
Connect JobAdder
A JobAdder admin signs in and approves Nexis. You only need to do this once.
Set up
Choose your country and how each action should treat personal data.
Run an action
Recruiters open a record and choose Actions › Nexis.

When will it be available?

Nexis for JobAdder is in development. Talk to us if you would like to hear when it is ready.

Who can connect it?

A JobAdder admin signs in and approves Nexis once. After that, the actions appear under Actions › Nexis for your recruiters. If you are not an admin, you can ask yours to connect it.

What will Nexis be able to access?

It can read candidates, job applications and placements, and the files attached to them. It can also save redacted CVs to the candidate's documents and add Nexis actions to JobAdder's Actions menu.

Does it change the original CV?

No. The original in JobAdder is not changed, and Nexis does not keep a copy of the document.

Which file types work?

PDF, Word and TXT. Image files such as scanned JPGs are not supported.

Will it catch every piece of personal data?

No detection tool is perfect, which is why a recruiter reviews what was found before anything is downloaded, and can untick any item.
